Planning fee

A professional planning fee applies to custom design work. The amount is agreed with you in writing before planning begins.

Travel is confirmed only once supplier deposits are received and written confirmation has been issued.

Supplier terms govern changes and cancellations. Those terms are provided to you before you commit.

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements for every destination.
